About breaking parkinson's
Over five million people worldwide are living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) — a chronic degenerative neurological disorder whose symptoms typically progress from mild tremors to complete physical incapaciation.
In the United States, 60,000 new cases of PD will be diagnosed this year alone.
There is no known cure for Parkinson’s disease.

Breaking Parkinson's works toward the eradication of PD by supporting organizations that directly impact that goal daily. Our beneficiary of the Annual Breaking Parkinson's Golf Classic is the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Since we started the BPC, we have had a goal to reach $150K donated. In our 9 years so far we have given nearly $125K. Please Join us this FINAL ROUND and help us Smash that 10-year goal and FUND A CURE!
Breaking Parkinson’s was founded in 2014 in memoriam of family members who have ultimately succumbed to PD. Subsequently, we are particularly dedicated to the eradication and extinction of Parkinson’s disease.
Our first event, The Breaking Parkinson's Annual Golf Classic began in 2014 and continues to this day.
In the fall of 2017 we held the first BP Pour For A Cure event at The Crooked Handle in Springboro, OH.
On the horizon are even more exciting and entertaining ways to put the FUN in fundraising! Stay tuned to BreakingParkinsons.org for more details.
